We always remained enthusiastic and expressed nothing but positive feedback to all prospective buyers for almost five months. We were consistent with our follow up, fully supported all of your decisions and had nothing but your best interests at heart. We also went above and beyond communicating with trades and cleaners during the campaign whilst the property was vacant. We expressed the number of buyers that had viewed the apartment and how much less the second highest offer was on several occasions (whilst also discussing the possibility of managing the property for you) before an agreed price was negotiated which by no means was an overnight exercise. Ultimately the property sold for substantially more than where the general market perceived value and within our suggested appraisal range at the time of listing. Your text message to me “I’m happy to proceed” with hand clapping emojis also suggested that you were happy with the final sale price.
