I met 3 agents to sell my property in Manly. I chose Jesse because of his no BS approach. He wasn’t the dearest or the cheapest rate. But his knowledge about the area came across on the first meeting. I’d done my research and was after someone to just get it done. He got it done alright. Got me over what I realistically expected quite quickly (3 weeks) in the toughest property market I can remember. Average days on the market in manly at the time was 40 days. I’ve sold multiple properties, his communication was impeccable, played a fair game, master negotiator and just knows his market back to front. He’s got the runs on the board to prove it too. If you’re selling a property on the northern beaches (especially Manly) he’s your man.
