A pleasure doing business

Jesse and I concluded a mutually successful and swift, off market transaction just before the Christmas 2020. Lockdown. While many were winding down, Jesse was still working which helped resolve the difficulties posed by the lockdown. In addition to his professionalism, Jessee’s energy impressed me as did his having a finger right on the pulse of a then changing local market.
