The Ray White team from the beginning of our experience have been very comforting for us to deal with. What a ride :) We engaged Jesse after viewing a home we were interested in purchasing, and seeing how his team marketed it, and how we believed they were working in the sellers interest. And believed they would support us as buyers as well - and boy did they :) Through our sale process (2 of 3 contracts in which the chain failed), and subsequent purchase offers (2 of 3 where the chain failed), we finally SOLD and Purchased through Ray White Redland Bay - why - because they NEVER gave up supporting us and working to maintain contact with those interested in hour home to draw back an interested buyer from our initial open, who then purchased well within our goal sale amount. We found Jesse to be a committed, enthusiastic and responsive agent who dealt with our inquiries and paperwork in a professional and timely manner. He seemed genuinely engaged in optimising the best possible outcome for both the buyer and vendor in what can, at times, be a very protracted and complex process. Jesse's obvious talent for estate agency is to be commended. However, office staffs' attention to detail - e.g Barnette, instead of Barnett and accurate dates etc, requires improvement.
