Doesn't follow through with what he says he's going to do. eg sold sign (3rd time asked even though property was unconditional for over a week) Rings you last minute if there is an issue with appointments ( tenant didn't "reply" to entry notice, given 20minutes notice and father had already driven to property) Had the tendency to be late for appointments ( 40 mins late for plumber inspection - tradesman said he would have left if father wasn't waiting also) Requests are generally answered with no ( every request I made for making appointment to inspect property was answered with no, tenant was prioritised over owner) Meant to be an exciting time as first home owner and it was a very frustrating one for me and my family that was involved.
