Our experience with Jesse started when we called him out to our home in Karalee for a listing presentation while also seeking his advice on where to focus our efforts and money prior to listing. We had 3 agents out who all have a solid track record in our area and we truly did not know who to list with, but Jesse was the only one who came bearing goods (Coffees!). Jesse was down to earth and could see past the mess our property was at the time and gave clear concise advice without being judgmental, dismissive or condescending like another one of the agents were! It was clear after meeting him that he would be the one listing our property. Jesse and his team started work immediately booking in the photos and videos while also liaising with his buyer pool to bring a few prospective buyers through pre-market. This saw us having 2 very solid offers, both well above our expectations (and what the other agents appraised our property at) before even being on the market or having an open home! Jesse has built solid connections with his buyers and was able to inform us of our options around timing in responding to those offers and knew we had an opportunity to keep them on the table while still running an open home that weekend. After the open home, Jesse leveraged these offers to generate even more interest and an even higher offer from another buyer! After being on the market for less than a week we had 3 offers, all 6 figures above our expectations, and we chose the best one for us! The work didn't stop there as Jesee continued to fight for us through building and pest negotiations and maintained steady communication every step of the way. The cherry on the cake for us was Jesse going out of his way on the evening of settlement to come meet us at our new home to congratulate us on what is often a very stressful and overwhelming journey. We cant thank or recommend Jesse enough and whole heartedly believe everyone in Karalee (or surrounds) should list with him!
