Our experience with Jesse started when we called him out to our home in Karalee for a listing presentation while also seeking his advice on where to focus our efforts and money prior to listing. After the open home, Jesse leveraged these offers to generate even more interest and an even higher offer from another buyer! After being on the market for less than a week we had 3 offers, all 6 figures above our expectations, and we chose the best one for us! The work didn't stop there as Jesee continued to fight for us through building and pest negotiations and maintained steady communication every step of the way. The cherry on the cake for us was Jesse going out of his way on the evening of settlement to come meet us at our new home to congratulate us on what is often a very stressful and overwhelming journey. We cant thank or recommend Jesse enough and whole heartedly believe everyone in Karalee (or surrounds) should list with him!
