I’m writing this review just hours after the successful sale of my property by lead agent Augusto Gerocarni, supported by agent Jesse Petersen, with Amelia Bortolazzo as Business Manager. This team delivered far beyond my expectations. I decided to sell at the end of last year when the market was thriving and sales in my building were reaching record highs. I invested heavily in renovations and marketing, but almost overnight the market shifted - interest rate rises and global events changed everything. I was in shock at how quickly things turned. Throughout this, Augusto and his team remained calm, strategic and completely committed. They reassured me they had my back and would work tirelessly to achieve the best possible outcome and they absolutely delivered. Communication was exceptional.
