Jess guided me through what has been an emotional decision to sell the home I have lived in for 30 years. The advice she gave on pre-sale preparation was first class. The marketing superb and this has resulted in a quick sale that has exceeded my expectations. I chose Jessica from Louis Carr because the agency had the best sale results both in number of sales and average sale price in Cherrybrook, and she did not disappoint! From making time to talk to us immediately when we walked into the office to arrange an appointment, to following up on progress as we got the property ready for sale, to timeous feedback about what happened at open homes, we were really happy with the open channel of communication Jessica maintained. The sale price was at the bottom end of the scale that both Jessica and us expected, but I think that is just a reflection of the current market, and not indicative of the effort Jessica put in to get us the best possible outcome. My only frustration with the whole sale process was that the advertising board was not removed timeously after the property was sold, and it was a pain to mow the grass with it in place.
