Our experiences with Greg and Jessica can hardly be putting into a few sentences. It’s more than awesome as the first word come to mind. We have been trying to sell our property last spring with another agent, but failed to get even a decent quote in 3 months. With that frustration, we switched to Louis Carr, but was prepared it could be a long process as well. However, Greg and Jessica have proved it otherwise, through their relentless effort in each open house, and advices to us with all positive feedback and strategies to go forward every week. We sold our house with just 7 open houses, and Greg has successfully attained the price level that we hope to achieve even at the current slow market. This is unbelievable as we would think further price drop is necessary, but Greg was having the impeccable skill and amicable approach in meeting our expectation. Choosing an agent based on language or culture does not provide any edge, it’s all about experiences, knowledge in the market, and value selling. Jess was wonderful to work with and has such a lovely warm personality, and it’s clear that real estate is her passion, it’s exactly who you would want presenting your property to potential buyers.
