This is a second time I have asked Jess to help me with selling a property I own. First time was a unit in Homebush West, this time around is a house in Greenacre. She is well spoken, friendly, great negotiator and most importantly, a super hard worker. Despite potential customers always try and book her time to inspect the house outside the designated 'open for inspection', she is always accommodating and therefore, we had the best chance of presenting our home to potential buyers out there. Outcome was great. We sold our unit in Homebush west pretty much the 4th day it was on the market, and this house was sold within the first 4 weeks.
