As a vendor I struggled with listening to the two negative points about the property constantly. Jess leant more to the buyers so if you are buying you will get a good deal. However beware if you are selling your property as she tells you not to discuss price with anyone as it will scare the buyers away, however Jess was telling the buyers the price of the property without even discussing it with the Vendors. We had no say as to price and felt it was a negative campaign.

Jess delivered! This enthusiastic, dedicated and personable agent, was incredibly focused and determined on producing the best result and service to us, the vendors. She bent over backward to accommodate our needs during the sale and used her market knowledge and powers of communication, negotiation and persuasion to ensure she had all the right buyers there on the day of the auction.
