Jessica was recommended to us by our next door neighbor who sold their house three and half years ago. We in turn recommended her to friends who sold their house twelve months ago. They both had very successful sales. Jessica convinced us that a private sale was the way to go and we found the whole process simple and not too intrusive into our daily life.
