I really enjoyed working with Jess on a personal level, although the actual process of the sale wasn't actually hugely satisfactory (lots of misinformation from the sellers side of things which complicated matters for me pretty significantly). The whole thing was pretty stressful, and during the Xmas holiday period which made matters a bit trickier. Throughout, Jess stayed in regular touch with me, actually offering far more support and assistance than my own conveyancer, and certainly a much higher level of professionalism than other involved parties!
