I enjoyed dealing with Jessica. As a first time home buyer she always treated me with respect, whereas some agents can be quite condescending. She went out of her way to make the sale as smooth sailing as possible, she came to my workplace so I could make my offer as I'm a really busy person. She was always open and available when contacted to inspect the property. She realised I was a younger client and was happy to send text messages which I found really useful as I can't always answer my phone.
