Jessica worked hard to achieve the sale of our Newstead property. My wife and I were kept informed, consulted and given good advice. The sale was achieved quite promptly and we found Jessica a pleasure to be asssociated with in every respect. Ardan McGuinness
Be honest, I didnt have a chance to communicate with you alot but you were helpful, when I asked question
Jess was very professional, sensitive to my request, honest, effecient and achieved a sale price, above what i expected. I would highly recommend her to sell a property and will definitely list with Jess again.😆
After purchasing three previous properties in QLD & VIC, it was fantastic to deal with an agent; that although working for the vendor, also had my wife and I feel very comfortable during the settlement process. Jessica is a professional, attentive agent who we thoroughly recommend to prospective home buyers! Thanks Jess👍
I really enjoyed working with Jess on a personal level, although the actual process of the sale wasn't actually hugely satisfactory (lots of misinformation from the sellers side of things which complicated matters for me pretty significantly). The whole thing was pretty stressful, and during the Xmas holiday period which made matters a bit trickier. Throughout, Jess stayed in regular touch with me, actually offering far more support and assistance than my own conveyancer, and certainly a much higher level of professionalism than other involved parties! I'd happily work with Jess again...
Ive tried previously to sell my property through other agents with no luck, but within a month of having the property with Jessica I was able to sell it for the price I wanted. I was very impressed
Excellent. .professional. .caring...organised. ..supportive We cant say enough to compliment jessica and her approach to selling our property. . ee have recommended her and Roberts Real estste to a number of prospective clients She deserves thr highest of accolades. . Thank u jessica .
Jessica was very contactable and would always return our calls in a timely manner. Jessica made time for us to view the property when we requested and was always extremely friendly and approachable.
Jessica was very professional in her approach when selling our property. There was never an inspection made with potential buyers, without us being informed. Jessica achieved above asking price, and went above our expectations. We would highly recommend Jessica's services, to anyone looking to list their property for sale. 10/10.
Jess is a really awesome agent. She was easy to work with and very compassionate to our needs. Would highly recommend her
I enjoyed dealing with Jessica. As a first time home buyer she always treated me with respect, whereas some agents can be quite condescending. She went out of her way to make the sale as smooth sailing as possible, she came to my workplace so I could make my offer as I'm a really busy person. She was always open and available when contacted to inspect the property. She realised I was a younger client and was happy to send text messages which I found really useful as I can't always answer my phone. Overall an entirely positive and smooth running experience with a lovely and genuine realtor.
The loveliest Real Estate consultant your likely to meet, caring, honest and always happy and smiling. I would highly recommend Jessica to anyone looking to sell their home.
