Great experience and service

It's actually hard to know where to start in my praise for Jessica as an agent for the recent sale of our father's estate. From the very first day, she understood the assignment and I can honestly say that we could not have done this without her. We interviewed several agents, but we chose to go with Marshall Group due to their obvious knowledge and sincerity when we discussed what we needed as vendors. We had the immediate assistance of an array of excellent local tradespeople who made time for us because we were with this team. Jessica jumped in immediately and was such a hands-on organiser with the amount of work we had to do to get this house ready for the market. Anything we needed took just one phone call to Jessica. She seems to have boundless energy and a solution to every problem. So after the tradies had all left and we were ready with staging in place, Jessica kept us up to speed with other property movements in the area and helped us decide a listing price which made sense to all of us. She reported back promptly with open home outcomes and was out the front with the leaf blower before inspections, making the place look it's best. Living offshore, meant I could not be there every week but I was so relaxed knowing that I had left the job in such capable hands. Jessica has a great support network at the agency, meaning there was always someone picking up the reins if Jessica had to tend to other properties, but she somehow made us feel as though we were her only client. Always available to take a call, or arrange what we needed. If you are "in the market" for an agent, you would be hard pressed to find a more helpful, attentive and hard-working person to handle your sale.
