Jessica was fantastic in lining up the trades at short notice to improve the home to help the sale and get more buyers interested.We had it painted, new carpet , washed and a complete makeover with decor and furnishings which transformed the house beyond belief.Jessica kept us informed regarding interested parties throughout the whole marketing period.We sold the home to a family for what we were expecting and it all went smoothly.
