Jim, as our estate agent, ALWAYS maintained a GENUINE Professional business relationship whilst selling our home for us, and it's a nice change to read the caller ID as "Jim one agency" and think.. its a 'saleman" calling and we honestly wanted to pickup !! Jim was faultless in problem solving for us if at ANYtime a curly issue arose or confused us etc, we always felt comfortable and confident that he was just a phone call away if we needed to talk... Best of all...
