Best In Preston!

We chose Jim based on his knowledge of the area and also that we had seen him conduct other auctions in Preston. He is a fantastic auctioneer / negotiator. He was great to deal with and really made it stress free during the marketing process. Even though our home passed in at auction, Jim managed to achieve $120,000 more which was more than we every imagined! We would definitely recommend Jim to anybody thinking of selling.

Jim was a great choice.

Jim was a great choice for the sale of my house. He had provided valuable guidance to me in the preceding year about options including subdivision on my property so when the time came to sell he was also the obvious choice. Jim skilfully stepped me through the process of selling and was a calm influence throughout the whole campaign, which ended in a successful auction and a selling price $100,00 above what we expected.
