Would I use jim from harcourts again YES I would. We have bought and sold many properties dealt with various real estate agents but none have had that professional knowledgeable approach in there areas. Jim will be with you right till the end.He will listen to your requests,but in saying that he will let you know what's achievable and what's not you'll be bombarded with data stats,comments from house openings hell also sneak an out of the norm visit for a potential buyer but in saying that I we would be happy for jim to sell for us again Cheers Jim
