We bought our house in the hills with Jim when we first moved up 6 years ago, and we could tell from the beginning he was a kind, honest guy that wants the best for you and the area. Being a local resident he knows what is important to the area and importantly the value of real estate. It's a bit different (in the best way) in the hills and Jim understands that. When it came for us to sell our house it was a no brainer for us to call Jim to help us sell. For my family and I, it was most important to have an agent that was honest, wouldn't sell us too much hope especially in a time of uncertainty in the market, and would keep up great communication throughout the process. I would recommend Jim in a heartbeat to anyone that is looking to buy, sell or rent in the hills. I had a lot of anxieties about putting my property on the market, the process, and the work involved. It wasn't until my neighbour sold her house, and outlined how Jim handled things that I was able to take the plunge and walk in to Jim's office. From the start he listened to my concerns and was able to reassure me, and in the end handled the sale and the processes around it quickly and efficiently. Very happy with his skills and approach to real estate and happy with the price he got.
Jim has excellent knowledge of the market, strong negotiating skills and communicates well. The sale was handled better than we expected. We would definitely work with Jim again if selling in the Hills.

Selling during a downturn in the market proved to be extremely challenging and testing for both Lyn and I as vendors, and for Jim Georgiou as our appointed estate agent. The property was placed on the market November 2018 and did not sell until late March 2019. Throughout those months we grew more and more disheartened in the absence of any genuine offers. To Jim's credit his enthusiasm and focus never wavered at any stage. He developed further strategies and held firm all the way through. Amazing! In the end we sold. Due credit to Jim. He remained up-beat and totally professional in the face of a very quiet, discouraging market. He never lost face.
In more than one year looking for our dream home I reckon we saw more than one hundred properties and met tens of agents.
