Ive known Jim for many years and asked him to run a marketing campaign to sell apartment in the area he operates in on a very small budget yavin stupidly agreed to pay another agent for an elaborate marketing strategy which was long and ineffective. Jim doesn't need to spend his clients money to make your property look like a property he can sell to his database. He took one look at my property , assessed its strengths and weaknesses and immediately told me wanted to show it to a few buyers he was working with. By understanding the product he was able to organise inspection for clients he knew would be interested and had funding in place to facilitate a quick settlement. He sold it in two weeks to one of only a few people who he took through the property and the sale was finalised less than 3 week from date of exchange of contracts. He is also refreshingly honest and manages client expectations whilst working tirelessly to get the best result possible. Highly recommend Jim
