Mario's communication skills are very good as are his negotiation skills. He managed a difficult negotiation on my behalf.

Mario was helpful and super proactive from the very start of our campaign! Eager to help our situation and try for the best result possible. He lead the way with complete transparency and fantastic communication throughout. We hit some hurdles along the way with major global issues arising, sudden market changes, interest rate rises and worse, uncertain building defects which did hinder our campaign and affect confidence in buyers. Mario stayed the course, he continued to push through with our ideals in mind and didn't lose momentum. He was very encouraging and continued to push for the right buyer regardless of the grim/unrealistic offers we were getting from buyers trying their luck in a desperate market. In the end, Mario managed to pull through, and in staying patient and believing in the true value of our property, despite outside issues or the opinions of potential buyers trying their luck at low ball offers, Mario managed to get the sale for the asking price. We are very pleased with the result and grateful for his efforts!

We recently purchased a property through Mario and Jessica and had a genuinely positive experience from start to finish. Mario was excellent throughout the entire buying process — highly communicative, transparent, and always managing expectations well between all parties involved. We felt supported every step of the way, and it was clear that Mario really knows the area and understands the market. His professionalism made the process smooth and stress-free, and we’re very happy with the place we secured and now have the keys to. We can confidently recommend Mario and the RW Drummoyne team to anyone looking to buy. Great service and great local knowledge.

Working with Chad to sell our property was a fantastic experience. He brought a wealth of market expertise, a sharp strategic approach, and dedication that exceeded our expectations. Thanks to his hard work and excellent negotiation skills, we achieved a great result. He made what could have been a stressful process completely smooth and efficient. I highly recommend Chad to anyone looking to buy or sell!

Chad and team at CH were a pleasure to work with. Good communication, friendly service and genuinely trustworthy. Will definitely use again.

Selling a house can be a stressful experience so you need to have confidence in the sales team you sign up with. Chad, Mia and their team at CobdenHayson ticked all the boxes for us. They offered us the option of selling off market which appealed to us given the families circumstances. From start to finish the whole process happened smoothly, with an outcome that we were pleased with.

Sam is an experienced real estate agent can be trusted, take to him like a old friend or old neighbours tell you many things around the area.

The second property Sam has sold for me. Professionalism together with market knowledge and a deep understanding of the Fivedock postcode. Always positive and friendly. All qualities I find consistently with Raine & Horne agents.

The sale of our home was handled exceptionally well. A bit of a slow start but Michael’s expertise saw a positive result and we are pleased to now move on.
