Have known Jim for many years and that he is a well respected real estate agent within our local area. he lives in our area part of the week so knows the local scene well. His approach is very professional and had all recent sales etc on hand on our first meet and took time to explain the documents. Knowing that the market has dropped he did all he could to obtain the best price and condition of sale for our property. Our price point is in the higher bracket so buyers are not too common however he worked hard on what offers he had. The photography and advertising booklet was excellent and on each open home he was there well before the time and was ready to receive prospective buyers from the minute the door was open.
