Jim is our next door neighbour and close friend. He advertised my land at Orford , Tasmania, and the photographs plus drone technology were very complimentary to our parcel of land. The initial response was slow but Jim approached a well known developer. whose offer was too low compared to my asking price, but Jim made a sale by splitting the difference and all parties were satisfied.
