We have had the pleasure of dealing with Jim Sherrah for many years and have found him to be honest and caring in all his dealings. I have no hesitation in recommending Jim and would be very happy to use his services in the future.

Buying a home can be a very emotionally challenging time. Weighing up the options can be most stressful at times. Jim Sherrah from Lucy Cole Real Estate helped my husband and I immensely, was there to answer any, at times not relevant to his role, questions about the home and the sale and helped ensure that this experience was about as good as making the decision and buying ones forever home could have been. Thank you so much Jim.
Thanks Jim for listing my property, spending ever weekend having open house and getting the final result.
Jim was a pleasure to deal with, a man of integrity and old fashioned ethics. Jim made everything so easy by taking verbal offers to the sellers until we had agreed on a price. Sale done, no nonsense as we have experienced with some agents in the past. Well done Jim and it would be a pleasure to deal with you again.
Not a bad bloke for a shitty real estate agent. I would put him ahead of bankers, politicians, car salesmen, lawyers, and parking fine attendants. Seriously I found him a very dedicated and hard worker at his job.
We bought our house through Jim over 4 years ago and chose to call upon his services again to sell the same house . Jim knows our suburb well (having sold his own house down the road weeks prior to us engaging him). He was always honest about prospects in the area which we heeded in conjunction with our own research. He handled our eventual buyers quite well as they appeared somewhat difficult (and at the time of writing this just days before settlement - continue to be so!) As to our experience to this point with Jim, we did have a couple of newspaper notifications of the open house which did not appear in the week prior which was put down to a clerical error in the office. We came in $50k under our base asking price in the end and that was after the first offer came in at $100K under which Jim was quick to advise me to accept (at the time I thought a little too quick!). He advised that "They would walk!" if I didn't accept the first offer yet after I asked Jim to go back to them, they suddenly leapt $50k. As a result, I was relieved I hadn't gone with the first piece of advice although we were unable to get them to advance their offer to a third negotiation level. If it came to purchasing another property in the future, I'd always be inclined to pursue it if I knew Jim was the agent involved with the property. He was always a positive person with which to deal and liaised with us well during the open house weeks.
Jim was the best real estate agent we have ever dealt with and we have bought and sold many properties.
Found Jim to be straight forward & knowledgeable of the area& market.
Jim gave me confidence with his market awareness, long service reputation and professional approach to the marketing and sale of my Southport property. Clear and regular communication made the process easy for me as a vendor and resulted in a trouble-free sale. I have no hesitation in recommending Jim as an excellent agent.
