Jo was a absolute blessing to work with, we had an ambissious goal for the sale of my house and Jo pushed all the way through to get the result that I wanted. Jo impressed us from the beginning with her strategic approach to negotiating and putting us first as sellers. Throughout the process Jo kept us up to date with buyer feedback and interest. Our house was very unique and there wasn’t really anything to compare it to in the market and therefore getting the interest of ideal buyers was difficult at times. We did feel there were a few extra options Jo could have suggested to get the right interest and some competitive tension once we took the house off auction but were not offered. Jo excelled when negotiating a high sale price for us and really showed the stronger side of her qualities and was certainly in her ‘A game’ during this part of the process. Overall, Jo was respectful, demonstrated integrity and followed through will all things promised during the process. We had a difficult sell and given the circumstances she continued to get us a great sale price. We would certainly recommend Jo to other people wanting to sell their home.

We dealt with Jo recently when buying our first home. Jo was at the first inspection and I found her pleasant to deal with and someone who made me feel comfortable even with all the questions that I was asking! Of course Jo worked with the vendors closely, but we also felt that we could approach her with questions on the buyers side. She was open, honest, and kept us in the loop with the vendor's steps. With her guidance, we were able to make a prior offer before auction, and able to secure the our first home.
