Jo kept us informed all along the way. Made suggestions such as furnishing the house and tidying up the garden. We are sure these things helped in achieving a better price. Jo also suggested that we open up to offers with ten days to go before the auction and we ended up accepting an offer which was more than expected. We dealt with Jo recently when buying our first home. Jo was at the first inspection and I found her pleasant to deal with and someone who made me feel comfortable even with all the questions that I was asking! I will be honest, I did offer another agent the sale of my property. However, the ever quiet but determine Jo, put her sales pitch forward by asking me what she had to do to attract my business. I had not been asked this before. After working out a "plan of action" to sell my property I gave Jo the sale and within 8 days and only 1 [one] open inspection [which went for an hour!] I had an offer which I could not refuse.
