We had the pleasure of dealing with Jo when purchasing our new home. It was our first auction so we were a bit nervous but Jo was great and made it a very easy process. Jo was very helpful and quick in answering any questions we had.

For a first time vendor, Jo held my hand through the whole process. Her patience with my many questions was limitless. She kept me updated through each stage and after every viewing. She was punctual and very organized.
