Disappointing and not transparent
Very disappointed with the whole process, from addressing concerns about the building and pest to removing a key special condition from my contract without advising me. Found the whole experience dishonest and disappointing. Would not recommend.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are genuinely sorry to hear that you felt disappointed with your experience. We do wish to clarify that all building and pest concerns raised during the process were fully addressed, with transparent communication maintained throughout. Each concern was actioned as requested and signed off by your legal representative in writing. The final inspection was conducted without incident, and settlement proceeded accordingly. If further concerns had arisen, it would have been appropriate to raise them through the standard process available to every purchaser.
Additionally, as a licensed real estate agent, we are not legally able to alter, amend, or remove any special conditions or clauses from a contract of sale, (including the approval of pets with a body corporate committee) these matters can only be managed by the buyer and seller, or their legal representatives, with mutual agreement. We're sorry to hear that you feel we are responsible for the actions of your legal representative, as this is unfortunately beyond our professional capacity or authority.
