From the very first interaction when Jo inspected the property engaging my partner, mum and myself, setting everyone at ease but most importantly actively listening to me as I went through our 4 year journey in renovating the property. We agreed on a marketing plan and the minimum end result that I was after which many had said was unachievable, however Jo believed in it and went on her journey. The photographers arrived, two different ones for day and then night, photography was impeccable, and professional beyond what I expected, the marketing plan, advertisement and street sign professionally marketed the property. Open homes were communicated perfectly and held to perfection, tenacity in dealing with one prospective couple that were certainly not easy to get over the line but due to Jo’s ability to keep everyone engaged with a positive can do outlook resulted over many weeks and 6 inspections with a result at the price that I wanted that other agents that had a look at the property prior said it would not be achieved and their (3) other agents estimate was $250K less no small amount. Jo is just an amazing lady, the only person that you want to entrust in selling you’re property, she in her own right is the market expert in this suburb, to that point with the most listings that are sold on a weekly basis and in a speedy and efficient manner.
