Jo was great to deal with, no wasted time talking for hours, no avoidance of discussing fees until rapport is built, etc... She was straight to the point, very positive, recommended a good strategy and was very efficient in the sale. She could be reached whenever needed, always responded rapidly and had a great fee on top of it! She sold my unit at the first open home at a higher price than anything recommended by other agents, there was a bit of luck with the buyer she found but she definitely managed all the negitiations and info well to get such results. I would not hesitate to use her services again.
