What can I say except Jo sold our house and we got the price that we insisted on. Very little stress was caused as it all seemed to go pretty smoothly. We had a couple of initial problems that were sorted out in good time and we left it is Jo's capable hands to run the sale/inspections. We were particularly impressed with the photographer who spent a lot of time at the house with the result that the photographs were indeed professional quality. We presented the house with pride and that resulted in lovely feedback from the clients as well as the building inspector and valuer were overall impressed too. So thanks Jo on a relatively quick sale with outstanding results.
