I placed an older investment property with Jo to sell. After an inspection of the property and a couple of emails to work out marketing/advertising, Jo and her team had the property on the market within a couple of days. It was so easy to do and very efficient. After a couple of inspections, it sold within the week. Jo definitely knows her target market and selling ranges. Excellent communication throughout and was advised after each inspection of how it went. Cannot recommend Jo high enough, and I will not hesitate to use Jo again.
