Jo is amazing. Hard working, professional and above all reliable. If Jo says she will be there at a certain time she will be. Jo communicates clearly and stays in touch. We were never left wondering what was happening. I have bought and sold seven times. On the previous six times I would have to phone the agent to see what was happening. Jo would phone or message us. keeping us informed. always acting in our best interests. This is refreshing. I have not experienced such a committed agent. I highly recommend Jo. She is outstanding.

I wonder if Jo realised what she was taking on when she agreed to market my house, I'd like to think it is a lovely, quality home, with plenty of selling points. Maybe it should have been an easy property to market, but it had already been on the market for some time with very little response. However, once the marketing that Jo had put together went to air we had a lot of interest in the home, but it was never quite the one for anyone, and we all know the longer a property is on the market the harder it can be to sell. Jo never gave up, she was fantastic in her communications (which were very regular), and was always up beat and positive which helped me enormously, especially when it all seemed too hard. Her support and positive attitude is amazing, and made my experience much more pleasant, even when I was unable to give her immediate responses from my end she continued to be patient and calm and allow me the time I needed to get her the answers she needed. I have recommended Jo to others and will continue to do so as I couldn't fault her professionalism and integrity.
