Our house was a tricky one to sell as it had a shop and house on the same title, Jo rose to the challenge and got us a result we were very pleased with. Jo was prepared to do more than 10 opens, stay back as late as was needed, negotiate with a range of people (some quite challenging), and even when we got a low-ball offer a while into the house being on the market Jo advised for us to be patient and wait a little longer, which is a very different attitude to many agents out there that would rather just flick your property off as quickly as possible by getting you to drop your price. We would highly recommend Jo, she was personable and professional and always did what was best for us, providing advice along the way but never being pushy.
