I purchased my home from Jo 9 years ago and, when it came time to sell it again, I didn't even look at anyone else. I've dealt with a lot of realestate agents over my years of buying and selling properties and Jo has been the best by far. She tells it how it is (doesn't go in with an unrealistic high price to get your business, then soften you up to take less) and has years of experience selling hills homes and that is a huge asset. She is warm and funny as well as extremely professional and goes the extra mile, she doesn't use high pressure sales tactics, which are a huge turn off for me and really not necessary to get a good price. When the market was softening she told me to wait and not go to market just yet, even though the sale had been over a year in the making (most agents rush you to sell ASAP as they only really care about turn over and commission). She has an army of external businesses to help you get your home looking its best who are also prompt with communication and know what they are doing. Selling in a falling market I was so happy I had Jo's experience to get the best price possible, and not a realestate agent who'd started in the last 10 years and really hadn't worked in a tough selling climate.
