My original enquiry to sell our property was sent out online to any agent in the area that was interested. Jo was the first to reply, yes we looked around but other agents were taking 1 + weeks to even come back to me with proposals. Jo was organised and had everything I need to make our decision. What also helped to make our decision was that Jo lives in the area and may already know your property. Jo's evaluation of the property was realistic, we had done our homework and knew other agents were inflating the value thinking this would entice us to use the highest value.
