After months of deliberation I finally decided to sell my beachhouse at Bawley Point. I spoke to several agents in order to gain a broad view as to expected price and attitudes to selling. Eventually I came to the right decision and asked Jo from Belle properties to handle the sale. It was right because I had known Jp over many years, she lives in Bawley Point and is very familiar with the area. Jo also knows many people in Bawley and consequently knows who may be a buyer.
