I am very happy to have the opportunity to recommend Jo Johnson to anyone seeking to sell a property. Late in 2015 Jo sold my villa at 86 Sir Neville McNamara Drive, North Turramurra. The villa was in a retirement village so it was not the usual sale of a strata- tilted unit or a freehold residential property. My property was held by way of a lifetime lease. There were difficulties and obstacles to be overcome because of the Retirement Villages Act but Jo handled them all in a very professional manner and with a great deal of diplomacy. I was most impressed by the promptness with which Jo acted to get the sale under way and with the advice she gave me re presentation of the villa. The villa was opened on two successive Saturdays for inspection by prospective purchasers and, on the second Saturday, Jo sold the villa for $20,500.00 over the asking price.
