We were very impressed that Jo was totally calm at every single crossroad when decisions were to be made in regard to selling our house. We really appreciated this because it helped us make big decisions quickly and have peace of mind at a very busy time. Jo works extremely hard and nothing was too difficult for her. We had too offers that were identical and she managed to oversee the race to the finish line of who could get their inspections done and contracts signed first. This could've been hair-raising but instead it just felt like part of the process. We appreciated the bottle of champayne the same day the 'sold' sticker went up on our "For Sale board". Jo is in good company at her workplace because her real estate agency, Keith Soames have certainly done a great job in getting three houses sold for record prices in our little cul-de-sac within the last 7 months and my friends have said that they would choose Keith Soames because of the sales they have seen but most importantly because of the experience, professionalism and down to earth communication skills of the staff. Jo was even known by other real estate agents in different companies who spoke highly of her and they also said how nice she was. Thank you for taking so much in your stride Jo and for calming our nerves. We were very, very happy with the sale price and appreciated you being available ANY time we had questions.
