Our contact with Jo from the start was very positive. We were on the email list from our first phone contact around another property and we received regular email contact. She was very obliging with getting us into the property for a viewing considering our schedule on the day and did not rush us at all. There was some confusion in communication around documentation which delayed the exchange and this could have been clearer from our perspective.
