Jo was incredibly good to work with in the purchase of our new home. She organised to meet us to view the property in a very time efficient manner, she also organised a second inspection after hours to fit around our work schedule. It was dark and after dinner time mid week and Jo did not mind at all, she had no problem with us wandering around and made no suggestions at all to speed us up. The negotiation process was quick and easy as Jo responded to all texts and calls quickly throughout the whole process. A couple of unavoidable delays happened during the contract process and Jo was understanding and helped to work with us to speed it all up. The whole experience has been fantastic so far!
