"I met with three agents in total before deciding to go with Jo. What put Jo ahead of the others was her willingness to listen to what I wanted, my concerns about selling and her honest assessment of the market. She didn't sugar-coat anything but her straightforward and caring approach put me at total ease. Jo made sure that I understood the choices available to me in advertising and promotions but the decisions were mine. She was understanding of my need to manage multiple pressures with pets and inspections and the first three open houses were very busy. After just a week I had multiple written offers to consider and so the rest of the campaign was cancelled with my house sold.
