As he was the half owner of the property, lives in country Victoria and is also our solicitor, it was essential he be consulted and included in every negotiation, which Jo persevered with, no mean feat, as I well know. We very much appreciated the meeting she arranged with the Auctioneer, Brenan McGann ,where they presented strategies for the auction and allayed my fears, answering our questions, giving my husband and me a clearer understanding of what might happen on the day.
