What a great experience and outcome in a not so perfect environment with Melbourne being in full lockdown. From my 1st contact with Joan she said buyers are not backing away from online Auctions. We had a 4 week campaign and had people virtually inspecting the house daily in multiple numbers. The outcome was on Auction day we had a record number of registered bidders of over 60. Dexter the Auctioneer was outstanding as he always is and we got a great result from the hard work Joan had put in during the 4 week campaign. I found Joan as a sales agent to be highly professional, knowledgeable and her organisation skills showed. She provided very helpful advice on marketing and kept me informed after every open with a commentary list of all who inspected. She was very positive even in a difficult sales environment as the governments were imposing restrictions as a result of coronavirus outbreak and it was great feeling to have the property sold. We dealt with Joan from the beginning to the end on the sale of our unit. We found it easy communicating with her through messaging and like her quick response. She was always courteous and polite.
