I recently had the pleasure of buying my "forever" home through Joann Rutherford and David Murphy of David Murphy Real Estate, Mosman. Once I was successful the signing of the Contract and paying my deposit was very easy, fully explained and stress free. Now I am awaiting settlement and moving in.
