I found Joann very helpful and easy to deal with. She knew what she was doing, was very professional and it felt like she had everything under control. I knew I could trust her to present the Unit in the best light. Nothing was too much trouble for her and I couldn't recommend her highly enough to represent someone who is not always sure of the best way to go.
