Joanna works in a smaller boutique establishment but knows Mermaid beach, surrounding real estate and trends very well unlike others from larger run-of-the-mill establishments which maybe looking out for their own interests and concerns. She gave an honest unbiased opinion of a valuation, when to market and timing opens very well. Being an interstate seller I was kept well-informed of progress leading up to open days and those afterwards and was always available to answer my questions on sale matters taking me through the process step by step. Fees and costs were reasonable for the sale. Joanna achieved a higher than anticipated sale price!
