My husband and I first met Justin Booth when we visited an open house. We were trying to decide whether to place our home of 36 years on the market to enable us to purchase a slightly smaller home with a single level and small garden. They were all friendly, and all suggested the same house value, but we specifically chose to proceed with Justin and Joanna because they were more practical in their approach pointing out and asking more productive questions as well as giving good advice. They reassured us in on a regular basis when we showed signs of insecurity to ensure that we were coping with our major decision, they gave great feedback after the open viewings and prepared us for the auction day ensuring that we aware of all procedures.
