We’ve now sold twice with Sam, and wouldn’t hesitate to use him again. Shortly after going to market this time, unexpected overseas issues had a big impact on the property market. It was a stressful period, but Sam was fantastic at helping us understand what was happening and guiding us through it. He adapted the strategy when needed and still managed to achieve a great outcome for us despite the challenging conditions. What really stood out was his communication and reliability. Sam was always easy to reach, responded promptly, and consistently showed up on time. He’s professional, well-presented, and clearly very knowledgeable. He also went above and beyond by helping us find our next home, even though he wasn’t the listing agent, which we really appreciated. Overall, a great experience and we would absolutely work with Sam again.
